On thursday, 17 September, I placed an order for five products. Renderosity received my payment in full ($30.24) from my card, but the products are still listed as unpurchased. In fact, they are still in my shopping cart.
The total for the purchase was based on a sale that has since expired, as well as on a coupon that has likewise expired, and on a gift certificate of $5 that the Renderosity system has not used.
I would greatly appreciate having those five products placed into my purchased items list and made available -- and for Renderosity to cash my gift certificate that was supposed to help pay for those products.
