Well folks I am so sorry it is so late to post this but you see.... being as graceful as I am....I fell down a month ago and fractured both elbos right at the end of the long bone. Painful doesn't cover it but it made me slower than usual...LOL

Thank you for the well wishes hborre, yes healing up right nicely as I am having better range of motion than expected. Right arm though is being a snot...it just keeps hurting and I find I can't have pain killers...oh well such is life...LOL They tend to make me nauseous and generrally yucky.

I can do some things but no real hard pushing or pulling just yet, she said maybe more firmer workout next month. I really messed myself up royal when I fell...LOL

I am now just waiting to find a Mac repair place here in town and then see how much that will cost to put my new power supply in. RL can be a bit of a snot too...LOL

Ouch! Sorry to hear about your accident, and I hope your injuries heal sooner, rather than later.
