Hi, I don't use Daz Studio but if you have a look at the forums over at DAZ3d, the consensus seems to be that (for Bryce to DAZ) you should export your Bryce 7 content as an OBJ and import that into DS. f you really want to use the DS bridge, then the advice from those forums is to use DS version 3 and not the latest version. For DAZ to Bryce, have a look at this
http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/artzone/pub/tutorials/bryce/bryce-import01
That is for DS2 but the method will probably not have changed much in DS3. I'm sorry that I can't be of any more help.

The Bridge is probably the best way to go on this.

I found that transparencies do not port over from the Daz Studio bridge to Bryce. You need to go into the materials editor texture files and tweak that. Also, for transparencies you have to choose 'blend transparencies' through the little triangle drop down menu on the left upper side of the texture editor.
