I've attempted to purchase the Poser 12 upgrade and the 10% survey coupon I received back in March is not being accepted at checkout. Is there a problem with the promo code or has that been rescinded without notice?

The coupon is only valid on the Poser Software site HERE

Already tried that and was denied before coming back to Rendo. Is it possible to confirm that Posersoftware is accepting the coupon before I try again?
