From the Posersoftware website, I've got the impression that Poser 12 would include a shadow catcher for Superfly. Blender does have a shadow catcher for Cycles, so i would expect that to work.
How?

Cycles shadow catcher is different from the way it was implemented in FF. Presently it works for whole objects only. If any material on the object is a Shadow Catcher it will make the whole object shadow catcher. Presently shadow catcher shoots through all object behind it. If you have an environment sphere it will shoot through to the background. We're working with the Cycles development team to do this in a way more familiar to Poser users.

Glad to hear this. It was a major feature for me.

Ok, it works. Kind of.
It seems that the Background is no longer in sync with the horizon. It took me a while to rotate the parameters in a way that the HDRI works. In P11, the same image worked without the mapping node.
Rotation value: 4.900000, 3.150000, 0.000000, Not tested DOF yet.
