Subject: Upgrading from Poser 11 to Poser 12 Question

Just wanted to know if I upgrade from Poser 11 to Poser 12, will that cancel out my Poser 11 and will no longer have Poser 11 to fall back on in case something goes wrong? Any info on this will be appreciated. Thank you.
