Almost everybody talks about Genesis/V4/Femme&Homme... but my question about contents remains.
Can we ever expect Poser to have something like this?
Or this...
Or things like ships, and buildings, and others.
Sure, there are items in the Rendo store, but they just look rather... flat. Fit more for the earlier versions of Poser, when models weren't as detailed.

#1 you can always convert static DAZ Studio models to work in Poser. Plenty of people here have done just that. #2 some vendors make stuff for DAZ and the Poser versions are afterthoughts so the textures, shaders and lighting in the promos aren't great, and some are still running old versions of Poser. There are vendors that do do a great job at Poser content like Santuziy78 you just got to find their stuff.
W10, Ryzen 5 1600x, 16Gb,RTX2060Super+GTX980, PP11, 11.3.740

there are such Creatures and Environments around actually loads of them,Poser has more standalone creatures then Daz has just that the Renderosity forums do now allow any external links to Poser creators that make them and People in here also do not like mentioning external resources even if there really great. best is you type into google
"Free Poser DS" go to Images there you will see various Artists and find there Places.

Some shots found of a similar model that is made for Poser.

As for the Environments there are and were amazing packages for Poser, Micro macro Cosmos was one of them, I have no idea if it is still possible to have it. Dinoraul was making great trees. The difference with Poser and DS is that Poser Artists creating Environments were trying to keep a balance on aspect and weight, DS Environments can be so heavy that most people do not have the resources to render these ending up with a Pc crash. We all do know that Daz assets are getting larger and larger so that most computers just can't keep up with them.

There is also the Terra Dome 1 and 2 for Poser for the outdoor settings. Look on Youtube for Terra dome to see what it can do. It use to be at Runtime DNA and is now at DAZ.
Poser 5, 6, 7, 8, Poser Pro 9 (2012), 10 (2014), 11, 12, 13

Yes there were also quiet a few Pytons for TD2 made by ShaderWorks to import and export your scenes
@Liquid_Ice
ok Sixus1 stopped a while ago supporting Daz so the models might be outdated to use in Poser if the OP is looking for comparable models to DS, for such Creatures comes atm only Summoner ( Gate ) creations in consideration but not sure what happen he seems to be locked in the forums or from what I read was Banned from renderosity like many others at the time Bondware took over Poser. Actually a Pity !

I think that has had to do with the Scarlett fiasco/deal. Unfortunately Rebekah and les were always very helpful.

What is this model? It would be nice to put a link for it.
And the answer people can say here is "NO". Poser is still not for free, just I don't get this. The program is already in coma and new version is not good enough. Here, veteran users, know some tricks to use Poser better but who would care to find those tricks and tries to use it on a barely working program which you pay for it?
I don't even care the new human models. Victoria 4 with Sasha-16 is the ultimate human with millions of morphs/hairs/cloths already so I don't see a reason to get those new humans at all. There is no modeler support as they can't sell anything at poser community because there is already so few people who left using this.

Outside links are not allowed, but as someone pointed before, just search for "Free Poser DS" and look at images. You will see many from that website. The artist there has some amazing monsters and creatures available and they are all Poser exclusive

I see in the terms of service it says: "Posting of commercial images/links is limited to active vendors and products in the Renderosity Marketplace."
However, I don't see anything that says you can't post the name of an artist or site. So, on that basis, I will say those pictures appear to be of the Terra-Titan by Summoner, available on the site Freedom of Art.
It looks like there's some great work there (although I haven't tried any of it). It doesn't look like any of it has superfly materials, so the renders don't have the same sense of realism as what the OP posted. On the other hand, just converting the shaders seems a heck of a lot easier than starting from scratch and creating an all new figure. Also, if you felt like selling materials for a model like that, I've seen plenty of vendors include links to required products on other sites when selling such add-ons.
