Quick Question. I understand that only one generation under the current version is covered by support; the question; is Poser 10 and below freeware and if not, what can be done to acquire developer rights?

Reason: I am working on a small to midsize project using Poser Python and the UI environment and noticed it would be more efficient to simply use the original UI layout. Its also been noticed that additional themes, windows and content, such as API data can be added to the environment, so expanding compatibility with other applications.

I would suggest a public repository for those interested in building an open source version of Poser, of which UI components, themes, content and API data may be produced by the Poser users. As a token of respect for Bondware and Renderosity, an access key fee can be applied at the storefront as a microtransaction at the point of purchase of the most recent Poser version and or qualifying content.

Again, the question was about a Poser freeware (not abandonware) version. Can it be done?
