Will poser ever be able to support geo grafting

What is stopping you from parenting your geo graft to a body part now?

We've been able to do that for what, 7 Poser versions now?

Poser does not support geo graft.

Geo grafting smoothes out the transition between 2 connected parts in a render. If you do it the Poser way, latest when it comes to SSS you will see the difference.

I think it is mostly used for seamless transition between head and hairlines/scalpes and (pssst!) body and genitals.

You can attach pretty much anything to the host body seamlessly.

Show me. And please with SSS in Cycles. And with correct lighting (no tricks like "no shadows").

Sorry for misunderstanding. I am completley with you in this and my comment was meant to be an add on comment to yours.. I was talking about Geo Graft in DAZ Studio. Poser does not support such thing as Geo Graft. What Poser in fact used to have, was the option to replace body parts with props. Is it still in Poser, BTW? And, is there still that Genitalia on-off in the menue?

If you knew how smoothly greografting connects with the host mesh, you would not ask.
The Poser way never worked and you can see the seams pretty clear in the Poser render.
for anybody, who is looking for quality it doesn't work.

Been a while (RDNA/P4) but, IIRC, I've seen 'graft' seams disguised ('interfaced') by a strap, bandage or parented blobby primitive...

Geografts just don't work in Poser. There is just no technology for that.
The only way is, to design a "complete" figure to begin with.
