Normally I receive Order Confirmation emails immediately. Something's gone wrong with that. I made a purchase on November 20th and only received the confirmation this afternoon, on November 22nd.

There really does seem a problem with sites underestimating the difficulty of getting site changes right, or else overestimating the ability of those engaged in making those changes to get said changes right.

How's about an update on what's being done, why it was necessary and what's being done to straighten things out?
