hey there. i'm an old Poser user but very much not a pro. so please be gentle if the things i share look or seem obvious or stupid.

i had poser pro and p11, and just recently upgraded to p12. using windows 10, good enough computer system, plenty of memory, etc. an error i used to get when i started up p11 still shows up in p12. i think it's related to me having once upon a time tried to use Reality or whatever render engine. didn't enjoy it, too big a learning curve for me, was not interested in messing around with textures and stuff. i thought i uninstalled it. i sure don't use it. but i thought installing p12 would remove the errors. so can someone tell me how to get it gone? ss attached.
