The Break Room F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 14 2:49 pm)
I loved Spirograph. So much so, I bought a new one a few years ago. The kids enjoy it, too. I had an Etch A Sketch but it got stomped on and broken. I bought a mini one about 20 years ago and it's still around somewhere.
My younger siblings had the full size ones when they were kids, and I always used to draw something complicated and "Impossible to do", then leave it for them to find the next day. They left one of my pictures for a week, which was a real compliment.
Claire bought Twister for our children but it was about as popular as a fart in an elevator. :D

You damn straight I had one ! Cowboy hat and guns and holster too!
Never had one of those but I did have a big old wooden rocking horse. Full cowboy suit and guns, too. My mom had to just about tear it off me, throw it in the washer and get it dry for the next day. There's a photo somewhere of me with my cousin Chris, at his christening, wearing the cowboy gear. I was a bit obsessed.

I never had this growing up, but my brother once made a Ceramic Christmas tree that used what looked like Lite Brite pegs as decorations.
I still have that original box

I was very practical when these came out. I figured that once you used all the paper then what?
