Subject: "undefined" error message when adding product to cart

I'm trying to add the "RT-V4 Native American" to my cart, but I'm receiving an "undefined" error message. I have been trying to add this to my cart for a few days and I've emptied my Firefox cache, refreshed the page and tried with Microsoft Edge to no avail.

I contacted the vendor, but Rena kindly directed me to post a message here.

Hoping for a speedy resolution while this product is on sale. :)

Hi.

I was able to add that item to my cart in both chrome and firefox...can you please try restarting your browser. I also added that to your cart for you while there. 😄

I have restarted my browser and cleared my cache multiple times before I posted this thread, I was always getting the same error message. Since you added it to my cart, I can't try again without removing it from my cart. So I clicked on "Remove from Cart" and it gave me the same "undefined" error.

I'll try checking out. If I can checkout and the product shows up in my item history, then the error becomes irrelevant :)

I'll let you know how I get on.

I was able to complete the checkout with you adding the product to my cart for me. Thanks very much for the help! :)

These things happen! I'm just glad you were able to kick the site up the butt on your end and I was able to get it. :D
