Good evening!
Lucky me, I've never had a download issue from my first purchase in 2006 until today. I need a download reset for Poisen's "Tribal Blades". When I try, it gives me an "Access Denied" error message. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Wow, I appreciate such a prompt response! Unfortunately, the download link still comes up with an error ? :
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
"Tribal Blades" by Poisen is the only product download that doesn't work in my purchase history. My purchase history does include items no longer offered for sale in the Marketplace. Please let me know if you need any additional information. With appreciation for all of your time and kind assistance!

I have downloaded the file and reuploaded to the product. That usually fixes this issue. Please try downloading once more? and sorry for the trouble.
