I had something I bought but Poser says I have reached my download limit. I don't know where to put the downloads that I would have to do manually. If I go back to the store, it says I bought it, and there is no option to either increase my downloads, or to re-purchase. How can I fix this? I either need to find out where to place the files (I have them, but Poser does not see them in a library) or how to re-purchase and start over. Thanks
