The difference in size is because there is a size morph under L'homme's pose dial morphs. It's set to .5 for its default and doesn't zero out when you hit zero figure. You have to change it manually. If you're using the fitting room, you need to fit the clothing to him with that at zero. Also, don't copy this morph to the clothing. It will cause the clothing to be too big.

Pretty much, LH sizes up 110% from the original obj - and the original obj is the same size as LF. I imagine that this is because he was initially a morph for LF so it was the most practical way to make him taller than her.
When I morph my hair to him, I load his obj in Blender, then my hair, then I resize my hair to 110%, sculpt the shape, resize it back to 100% and export it back as a morph. It loads and works correctly.
I imagine that the dev is at the original size so as to not mess up with the morphs and joint centers it creates.

Exactly right. Clothing should always be modeled to the size of the OBJ file in the Geometries folder. The DEV rig is the same size as the default OBJ file. The L'Homme figure is scaled up in the CR2 when it loads into the Poser scene.

I had been modelling some clothes for the L Homme figure using the DEV Obj, and found to my almost horror that there is a difference in size between the DEV OBj version and the regular version ! Why is this so ?
