When I tried to use this I got a message that I wasnt eligible to use it, however since I received the newletter I assume I must be on the list or am I missing something?

Hi.
I am seeing you do have the role. Are the items you are trying to use the coupon on listed as prime right now? That is the only reason that might prevent you from using it. Let me know.

Problem sorted, I'd left a letter out of the coupon code, I normally cut and paste but the way the newsletter was formatted meant I had to copy manually!

I think I just ran into the same issue. Because the code appears as an embedded graphic rather than text, you have to type it manually and it's easy to make errors in the process (I missed out the second 'M'). Thanks, @Nails60 for identifying the problem.
