INSTALLATION: For installing the content: Extract the contents of this zip file and copy the Presets and ReadMe's folder to the Daz3DCarrara8 or the Daz3DCarrara8.5 directory.

For installing the plugin: See the FLUIDOS II Carrara - manual.pdf

Fluidos II can read all the scenes, and all the .ply and .state files created by Fluidos v1.4. However, before installing Fluidos II, it is necessary to uninstall Fluidos v1.X plugin. They cannot work side-byside. If you have previously installed Fluidos 1.X erase these ten files in the Extensions directory of Carrara to uninstall it: FluidDomain.dat FluidDomain.mcx FluidDomain.txt FluidS.dat FluidS.mcx FluidS.txt Fluidos.dat Fluidos.mcx Fluidos.txt fluidsim.dll (or libfluidsim.dylib for macOS) Then, you should copy the folder FluidosII directly to Extensions folder. 1 For Windows users only: If the plugin shows the message “Can't load fluidsim.dll at ‘your Carrara extensions folder’”:

  1. Make sure that OpenCL for your GPU vendor is installed in your computer (update your GPU driver).
  2. Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017. Download at https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ or, for x64 https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=746572 for x86 https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=746571

I can read a readme and a PDF. Nether tell me where the plugin goes. Unless this is an update to a plugin I don't have. Which would not surprise me in the least.
