I have a problem with making a transaction in/on the Marketplace earlier this month. I tried leaving a voice message on the contact us phone number. No response. Then I tried filling out a contact us email. No response. Then I tried leaving message again on contact us phone number. No response. Are those no longer valid methods of contacting?
I believe it was around 3/1/2021 when the problem occurred. I was trying to take advantage of the 50% off wishlist sale, when the website crashed for me. When I was finally able to get back on, the sale prices were no longer valid. Disappointed. There was about $300 worth of items at the sale prices. With no income currently (due to shutdown of all the conventions and festivals I normally sell at), such a savings is a major major thing for me currently.
In my purchase history are over 2500 items I've purchased from the Marketplace since 2002, so I'm verifiably a regular customer.
I did a cut-and-paste of all the items and prices in my shopping cart shortly before the crash (something I always do just before making an online purchase as a habit), so I can provide a list of the items involved.
I was hoping that there might be a way to get the special prices still.
How do I get a hold of someone who might possibly help me?
