Hi...I just purchased Cynthia for La Femme from Out Of Touch but have no idea where/how to install it. it came with 2 Zip files: OOT_Cynthia_LaFemme_1_UD_253279 and OOT_Cynthia_LaFemme_2_253297. I'm running Windows 10. I see the default texture maps are in C:UsersPublicPublic DocumentsPoser 12 ContentRuntimeTexturesRPublishingLaFemme

Hello, You can install your purchased content by logging into your Renderosity account inside Poser and clicking on the "purchases" tab inside poser 12. It will list the items you have purchased. Click the "Install" button under the product name.zip. Your new content will show up in the "Purchases" library.
You can also unzip the product into a new runtime folder if you prefer. Just create a folder on your hard drive. Name it whatever you would like, ie "New Runtime". Then install all the product zip files into the new folder. Inside Poser, click on the "Library" tab, then click the "Add Library" icon (books with a plus sign), scroll to your new runtime folder and add it as a new library.

Well, it isn't quite working like that for me. I have used Poser or the competition since the very beginning, but intermittently so I am by no means an expert. I was relying heavily on the other brand, but Poser was the first to run on M1 Macs, so here I am on an M1 Mac (running Poser 12.04.whatever). I was trying to create a scene and needed a specific Prop, so I took my happy self to the Renderosity store and bought just what I wanted. This was a couple of weeks ago. To this day, it still doesn't show up in purchases. I can see other stuff I bought from 10 years ago, but not the thing I bought most recently. I click "check for new purchases" and nothing. Now since I can see my old purchases both in Poser and on Renderosity, I know I am in the right account. So why can't I see my latest one?

Hello v3rlon...I see 6 orders on your account going back to 2006. Would that be correct. Your other items would be under your account and orders HERE

That is correct, but the most recent order does not show up in Poser 12 as one of my purchases. The rest of them do. That is what has me puzzled.

Were you running Poser before you made the purchase? You may have to reopen it? If this does not fix this for you, please send me an email to jennblake@renderosity.com with your order number and I will speak to the programming team on Monday. I'm sorry for the delay.
