To whom it may concern: Let me first say that I have tried to handle this issue through e-mail...but have been unsuccessful. My first 2 letters received no responce and my latest 2 e-mails have been returned to me stating your address is unknown. I would like to think that you have been having techno difficulties here as the reason for no response. So unfortunately I have to post my problem and complaint here in hopes of getting help. Thanks. On May 10, 2001, I purchased and made a download for "Wysteria with hair." I opened up my "windows explorer" and found the zip file and I felt successfully unzipped it with my winzip. After unzipping the download.... there within only contained one large file 8.6MB? I right clicked on it and it requested for me to select a program on my system to "open" the file. I of course, clicked on poser. Poser came up and then a male figure appeared. I believe he was the original default figure when I installed poser to my pc. I searched through all the files within poser and no files or folders were to be found. Not even the one large file that I saw opened from the zip file. ( The one large file has a windows icon on it, if that means anything or not.) The more I looked through my "user's manual", searching through all the poser forum posts, contacting Thorne, Mehndi, going to chat and speaking with others there....YES I did down load Wysteria 3 times... and I might say that I got the exact same one large file as I did at the other downloads. Mehndi has been more than kind and patient with me, but I am fully aware that her patience, as well as mine, are running thin. I then went back and clicked on all the program choices, one by one, and finally my wordpad opened up. I became encouraged as even though all the content appeared to be coded... there were 2 simple words that I saw that Mehndi had mentioned. SCENE FILES. She said that after I unzipped the download... that I should see a "readme", scenes and other folders. None of this was what I received as I said before. My ignorance and inexperience with Poser is quite plain to see and I apologize for my lack of understanding. I have been quite successful in the past downloading and using products from online download purchases: PSP6, Blade Pro, Super Blade Pro, Xara, ect.. I am afraid that if I am unable to successfully correct this issue, not being able to enjoy seeing my great hopes unfold with working with Wysteria... that it will leave a negative, defeated impression on me as I am already about to throw in the towel with poser. It is a great product, but I am afraid of any further purchases as this one has not been jointly agreeable. Below is a small cut and paste from the original file that I received in the file. It is much, much longer than this. Just thought if you saw this. You would know exactly what it was that I unzipped and maybe be able to tell me what I need to do to be able to install and use Wysteria. I look forward to your response as I am growing greatly disappointed in the manner in which this is being handled. A simple acknowledgement of my greivence would be a good start as well as me getting the product in which I purchased in good faith. Thank you for your prompt response, Lori Spencer AKA Lorraunni :-)) PK * scene files/PK * Goj#scene files/Wysteria_SunshineV1.pz39r ^Kfzx-xGI"Dk",$dv̤EFZ-wow/lw|pl ,տQ|9P# I)?W_EVJ~?<)OҿO H Ր?287_ȿ kf7Dr?~ "+?|'Eo?*:/)#(#W?
