There are a lot that are similar, and a ton I did not browse, none I found exact, maybe this helps...for example:

Cats Meow Hair by goldtassel @ Daz3d ... it has a lot of morph dials that might help you get a perfect match... and it has cat ears lol

Thanks. That's a good one. If the front piece (bangs) could go straight, it would be a match.
