I'm getting this message when i try to order: CC Processing Failure! AVS Failed: RC=D, Problem connecting to the AVS server, please try again. Checked my funds and for once, i'm in the green :)

That sounds like a problem happened when our server tried to talk to the credit card verification servers. No, it had nothing to do with your card. Try the purchase again and please let us know if it continues to happen.

Well, I'm not real sure what the problem is. We've had many purchases today, some as recent as 20 mintues ago. If you get a different error message than that already posted, please let us know.

What's the error message you're seeing?

I've called the company we clear through and it's the AVS server (it verifies Address) on the processor's end. They said they had some trouble, but should be ok now. Jen

I'm afraid I'm still getting: CC Processing Failure! AVS Failed: RC=D, Problem connecting to the AVS server, please try again. I just got that message about 2 minutes ago.

Careful it isn't charging it to your account anyway - that is what seems to have happened to me.

We found out today that Visa/MasterCard have added some new AVS codes for international AVS. The code "D" is now accepted by our system.
