When checking out this morning, I got this message:
Exception Caught: '127', which means: 'Fraud Service Internal Error-- go to Reports tab to rerun transactions through filters'.
and the order did not go through (all still sitting in my cart).
Apart from the fact that I have no idea how to rerun transactions through filters in the "Reports Tab" - this payment was actually cleared through my bank and the money taken. I have sent an e-mail for support but am also posting here because this looks very VERY odd to me. In fact, this looks very much like a site hack!

Hello.
I cannot find a recent order for you. If you got an error during the payment process, that would prevent the system from creating an order. The charges on your card is aHOLD that was put in place when you attempted to place the order. Those will fall off automatically in 3 – 5 business days. Since there is no order to confirm or refund we cannot do anything further.
Sorry you encountered this error. Usually when this happens some of your personal details in your information do not match what is registered with the card you were using. Please be sure to edit your information to match what is on the card.
This is not a hack at all. It is simply an error of mis-matching information on your details and what is on your card.
Regards,
Jenn

I only know that money has been taken from my account in the exact amount of the order under the name RENDEROSITY. If you don't have it, then who does? In any event, I have elevated this is to a formal dispute through Mastercard.

No one "has" the money as it is not a charge. It is only a hold since the order did not process. As I explained it will automatically fall off in 3 - 5 days.
