I can open files, I can use the brush and the the paint bucket, I can clip a piece and move it to anther piece- but once there, there's n way in HI%% of moving it- the moving tool stops working. All signs that it's even engaged disappear. Same for the Marquee tool, and the lasso tool.  I can look but I can't touch.
