I just placed an order (at 7:28 PM CST) and added the grab bag for Poser to my order. I checked out just fine, it says I have a grab bag item on my order, but there is nothing there to download. Sorry to bother you all with this.

I too have run into the same problem with a Poser item grab bag - see order# 113734536  

Grab Bag is there but no Poser item is provided nor is it in the gifted section of my account...

Yea me too - For daz studio - not showing up in my Gifts tab. and then I made a 2nd purchase and forgot to add the grab bag to that one :(

I've made a lot of purchases yesterday myself and items were NOT at the gifts tab but right below my purchase normally at orders. Could you be looking at the wrong place?

No gifts available for order 113735673 and 113735666 either. They were not in the gits tab. In the download area on the order page were a link to the grab bag page, not any specific products.

This is what my order looks like, so no, not looking in the wrong place (but I do thank you for your response, as that was a possibility!). The Grab bag is clearly present, but no download link is there. It's just a computer glitch that needs to be fixed. It's not a big deal for me, but I am not the only one being affected.

We are currently working on rectifying this issue. Give us just a bit. :smile:

No ticket needed. :smile: Those should all be fixed now. Please check the order you placed the Grab Bag item in...you should see an additional item in there for you now. Sorry for the trouble! I hope you all had a good holiday!

Looks like all but the purchase I renewed my Prime membership on worked.  That one still doesn't have the extra item

i put the grab bag on my prime renewal order too and i haven't received anything either :( sending email now.

Order # 113732496 and no Grab Bag in the Gifts list. Mail send to store but no answer. Please check this

unfortunately prime membership isn't a digital item so you won't get a free product with it (grab bag) as I just found out myself.

A gift certificate is not considered a product or purchase from a vendor. There is not a FREE item with that purchase.

The prime membership is not a product by a vendor. So no  grab bag item would be gifted.
