Can you recover a file that you deleted through the library in Poser? They don't wind up in the recycle bin. I wondered if there was a super-duper-double-looper-pooper-scooper secret place they went to.

Thanks!

You could try a file recovery program. I've had halfway decent luck with easus data recovery.

I have to agree with donnena.  With a recovery program, you need to stop using the computer almost immediately, otherwise, those sectors where the deleted files existed will begin to be overwritten with new data.  There is no guarantee that the recovered files will be without some sort of corruption.

It would be cool of Poser just sent them to the recycle bin. Oh well, no biggie, just had to do about 10 minutes of re-work.  It's always faster the second time around, lol.

You could always have a good backup software target the runtime folder, sniffing for new files there and copying them over to a backup_poser folder, then deleting them after three months.

Low-flying cat deleted much of complex scene I was tweaking.

How Ms Robbie killed the main figure was unlikely. How she also killed all the 'Attached' was improbable, unless you're feline.

Luckily, 'Undo'...
