New Poser release 12.0.757 is out.  This is the fourth public update to Poser 12 in 2021.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.

It was the dev team & beta testers that did most of the work, but I'll let them know you like it.  :)

However, can't you make a smaller release or an auto updater ? like in Zbrush. I'm sure only 2 or 3 .dll changed but we must download 1.6GO and unsinstall / reinstall all. Ok for a major release, - lets say poser 13.0 - a new full installation may be requiered,but for such a small patch it's a huge waste of ressources.

Save the polar bear, our time and your bandwith bill :)

some programs such os PyCharm download an executable that patches what is necessary to update/replace, that's also convenient 😊

Agree; Not only Bandwidth but also the SSD would be thank-full SSD's does not like having allot of data re-written on every update that take off 3gb + of life from your drive. it is also better to have the Temp folders redirected to a HDD drive for any 3D programs that write huge temp files. Like Poser that generates fairy fast a few GIG in Temp. Little details that can extend your SSD Drive Lifespan. 

You CAN skip some updates if you'd prefer, guys. P12 is in beta, I wouldn't expect an updater.

IMO, they've done a lot better with the installer than older versions. If you don't remove the previous version, it does it for you. Without deleting your preferences. And the default is to save your preferences, unlike under Smith Micro.

No, i dont want to skip :)  i'm glad there are some updates. I juste wanted to suggest an improvement. I know it's easier to have ideas than having them done !

if you're on windows 10, check under C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\Poser\12
