It seems that there was a mistake in the original upload and the files would not load. I have just reloaded the files so if you downloaded the files before now, please do so again. If there continues to be a problem, let me know.

Is there a reason that after almost 3 days these have not been approved?

It has been approved and should be available now. (I'm the tester, and I got sidetracked. Sorry for the delay.
