in using a geo-graph on male or female body parts, it is grey, how do you get it to look like the texture of the subject that you are using?

This a question about G8M G8F

The default G8F or G8M don't come with textures for the Geo-graft.  You need to use a texture set that comes with "those" textures.  if you look in the material presets it will indicate the option to apply them.

or it may have a Hierarchical Materials preset for the main skin which will affect the Anatomical Elements, lashes, and brows as well as the base figure.
