Subject: Username still not processed 13 days after purchase. Email not answered.

Dear Renderosity customer support,

All is in the title. I sent you a mail 5 days ago, still not answered.

What happens? Did I make something wrong? Sorry for my bad english, I speak french.

Hi.

We have not received an email from you. Maybe it was blocked in spam. I will check the username product and get that completed for you. At that point we will send you an email letting you know it has been completed.
