I have the latest version of Poser 12, and I check for updates to my graphics driver and Windows 11 every day. Over the past few days, I've gone to the Properties panel to uncheck the visibility of a figure or an object and all the attributes are gone. This has happened a few times. So I save the scene, close Poser, reopen the scene, and the Properties are there.
What might cause this to happen? I don't have app hogs open with Poser, just Scrivener usually.
Thanks.

I don't know a fix, but it's not just something that happens in windows 11. I only have 10 and have seen that too

Thanks. So it's not just me. It's new, so I'm hoping it'll go away after a Windows/graphic driver update—well, unless it's something else.

I've seen this issue also...Win10pro...rtx 3060 up-to-date drivers...
Y'all have a great day.

It is Windows. Shut down, swear at length to allow lingering electrons to ebb, re-start. Ensure 'Cold' start with mobo BIOS splash-screen, mind, not 'nap'...
Make sure you have 'updates' turned on / force updates.
And, if you have a network-render 'Box' for remote queue work, do same for that so both have same song-sheet...

Thanks, but I don't network render, and I update my Windows and graphics driver right after I cold boot up every day. And I shut down when I'm done every day; I don't sleep my computer from day to day. Since this problem is new for me, I'm hoping the next Windows/graphics update will correct the problem. Fingers crossed!

I have that occur whenever I run several background renders. It might be a memory issue because it clears when I reboot the application. NikKelly's issue is not the same as described by the OP. I'm glad to see that other individuals are experiencing similar problems. I would submit a ticket and alert the support team. Clearly, a bug is cropping up that wasn't there before. I'll submit a similar ticket sometime soon. There is another bug that I'm picking up in the Material Room that I need to investigate.

Just a little word, speaking of Windows and shutdowns or reboots: if you shut it down, and fire it up the next day, it's as if you didn't shut it down (energy savings set aside): if Windows had a resources problem: it's still there. Thanks, but I don't network render, and I update my Windows and graphics driver right after I cold boot up every day. And I shut down when I'm done every day; I don't sleep my computer from day to day. Since this problem is new for me, I'm hoping the next Windows/graphics update will correct the problem. Reboot Windows from time to time to refresh its resources map.
I know there's a way to shut it down while forcing it to reload everything fresh instead of when it was shutdown but I never do that trick: I prefer to let it do what it has to do without forcing.

This happens to me on a Mac in Poser 11 Pro when I have done all sorts of things (multiple figures, materials, etc) that finally start to affect the program's functioning. Properties disappear, morphs don'y "stick," etc. I assume it's a memory issue. A restart of Poser fixes it right up.
