I brought this on 13th May - any ways, the DAZ zip downloads to a gif file. I was directed by the vendor send an email to the store and admin email addresses, and haven't heard anything in 48 hours.

Hello,

I have downloaded the DAZ version of this product and it installs and works correctly. Please try re-downloading your purchase. Maybe something happened during the download of the file?

Nope. Tried multiple times to download the file. After multiple attempts. Still points to a GIF file. Now as I've reached the maximum number of downloads - can't download it anymore. When I tried before download all files - it just downloads the first file and then stops. I can download the templates by right clicking on the actual file and that works. I tried individual downloading and downloading all files - still won't download the proper file each time (instead get this gif file - instead of the proper zip file for the file)

Still doesn't solve the problem - as its not the correct file. I'm thinking it's something happened when I brought the product.

Hello.

I logged into your account and downloaded all 3 files associated with this product and all file download correctly and have the correct content included. Please DELETE all the files you have on your computer for this item. I would then make a clean folder to place those in after re-downloading and try opening once  more. You do not have to download the templates file.

If  you are getting an error after installing the item and trying to load in DS or Poser, please take a screenshot of the error and  show that here.

Problem fixed - kind of. It seems to be my desktop. Tried a different browser - still downloaded the gif file. And then I used my laptop and was able to download the correct file. I might clear my cache later in the day, as I think it was that, was causing the problem. Thanks any-ways.
