Subject: Question about contacting staff for urgent matters

Hi!

Was wondering what is the quickest way to get in touch with staff to resolve an issue, especially considering I am on Italian time zone. 

Basically I needed to have an order cancelled because in my haste I hit "pay" before applying  the newsletter coupon. I immediately sent a sitemail (9AM italian time) Then I thought "I'll just place another order and have that one cancelled later this afternoon"  (because of the different time zone I wasn't expecting an answer until late afternoon) but I suppose that's not possible because I got a message saying I didn't have permission to use that coupon. The newsletter coupon hadn't expired expired yet and the vendor does allow coupons so I'm assuming maybe since that order is awaiting payment I can't order the same item with a new order and that also affects the coupon?

In any case, I haven't received a response yet and the sale has ended and I am afraid I just can't purchase it at the full price and without the coupon.

The order that needs to be cancelled is Order #: 113871858 · Placed on Aug 31, 2022

Hi.

The office staff are the only ones that have access to cancel orders or any other issues with orders. The best thing to do is send an email to store@renderosity.com as we check those as soon as we walk in the building. :smile:

In that case, maybe you should post the hours during which we can expect someone to be looking after the store just like brick & mortar stores do, right on the front door.
