Does DAZ Studio support booleans and clipping planes? I had the idea of using one to basically cleave a figure down the middle, but don't know if this is actually possible, and if it is, I don't know how to do it.

If this is possible, does anyone know how to do it, or are there any products available that add this functionality to DS?

Thankis...

Iray support Section Planes, but bear in mind that the figures have no insides - if you split one it will just be hollow.

Thanks for the reply. I've gotten a few suggestions so far: export/modify/import back, Geometry editor, cut-out shaders, and a boolean product from Alvin Belmar at DAZ3D. So far, it's looking like the export/modify/import back route is the the way to go, even tho' it's the one I was trying to avoid in the first place.
