I just made two orders, but I did not get a volume discount? It seems I must have done something wrong when ordering. I am pretty sure it showed a volume discount when I ordered the second one, but the price in Paypal seemed kind of high and when I checked the receipt the discount was not listed there. Also the prices add up to their normal price.
These are the orders: 113882365 and 113882357
Could you refund me the 9$ missing in volume discount? Or if not possible I'd like to ask you to refund these two orders, I have not downloaded anything from them yet.

Ah I see using a coupon in the first order was a mistake, so that explains that. But the second order only contains items where no coupon can be applied. And I did not have a coupon applied when I ordered.
Either way I would like to refund these two and try again if possible.

I'm confused about the volume discount. It says to use it on "your next order". Is this a one-time thing, or something that will apply to all orders going forward?

Also not getting this. If I have more than $44 in cart I get $9 subtracted. But I thought the $44 would be just an example. But once I add more products the volume discount stays at $9. Shouldn't it go up the higher the total amount of the cart is? Or is the next steps not until to reach a certain amount? If so what is the next step as it is apparently not something < $100.

Your next order will always be your first order from now. Not the second.
Have you seen the green bars that are on the top, when you view your shopping cart?
The volume discount has 2 steps.
1) Minimum $34 in cart for the $7 discount
2) Minimum $44 in cart for the $9 discount
So get the value of your carts to only slightly exceed $34 or $44

Are you guys just ignoring support requests currently? I have written an email too, and that should have been answered within 24h as the top of this page claims.
