I'm hoping anyone that owns some of 1971s structures could help me. 

Do these structures have functioning doors and windows? The information provided in their product pages is limited. 

Renders look great, but based on the pictures it seems that these products are meant for background/exterior renders and not for interior.

Can anyone confirm/clarify?

Yup, they are pretty much WYSIWYG. Doesn't stop me, though, I love their stuff.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, their stuff seems to be good quality. I just want to make sure I have a purpose for it. Are they heavy on resources or can you load bunch of the houses for wide/open shots?

I haven't tried bulk-loading them yet, but they do render fast.
