I sent an email on 2/3/23 about the reward points that I never received on an order.  Order #113934611 for $178.82.  Did anyone take a look into it.

Jennblake indicated that she issued points for this order but, it was only 100 points and based on my purchase amount I should have received 1,252 points.  So I was shorted 1,152 points.  I hope this was just an error on her part.

This has happened to me also I sent a email on 7 FEB  about a product I bought on 3 FEB that isn't working correctly.  Please I'm not being pushy just wondering if it was recieved. Order #113936203 Thanks!
