Subject: Unpaid order but confirmed on Paypal

I just bought a product and it shows as "unpaid" in my account, so I'm unable to download it. However, it was successfully charged to my PayPal. This is the first time this has happened, so I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

My Renderosity Order number is: #113939968
My paypal transaction ID is: 7962628782456094M

For context, I used a gift certificate of $5 USD and then used Paypal to pay the rest. However, in trying to apply the gift certificate, I ended up with three different orders(##113939965 and ##113939958 are wrong and it would be great if they can be deleted), but this last order (#113939968) is the one that got charged yet still says it's unpaid.

Can someone please take a look at what's going on? I sent an email with all this information as well as screenshots to the store email address as well.

I am also having this problem.

I paid with store credit, and it is showing 0 balance but am unable to download. Ordered on February 13, 2023 | Order# 113940024 

please help.
