Subject: Can't place order.

I am unable to place an order.  Click the button, and it just sits there cycling.  I've tried in 2 different browsers with same result.

We have been working on that area this morning. can you try once more? if it does not work for you, please tell me the browsers you have tried...and if possible tell me the type of payment you are using. CC or PP. :smile:

Same partial issue here (Credit card works, so no action needed). PayPal is not working at all for me, but that could be on PP end.

I have the same issue while trying to use a CC.  Thankfully it was a low cost item so the saving is minimal but it is very worrying with the release of Poser 13 set for the coming week.

 

 

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.

Thank you for that, the item I was trying to buy is no longer on sale so I will keep my fingers crossed and hope it works on Thursday when I attempt to buy Poser 13.

There was another product went on sale that I liked so I purchased that and it all went well.  Thank you for your help in this matter.

I'm having payment problems as well.

The personal/contact information automatically populated in the first payment tab with no problems; however, I cannot enter credit card information in the second payment tab. In frustration i clicked the paypal button which took me to paypal. I could not complete the transaction as a guest, however ( im not a member nor will I become one). 

So, basically two issues:

1. the credit card information can not be entered

2. Since I started the paypal route, can that be undone?

   I have just tried again and the problem remains.  Unable to pay by card.  I'm using Firefox with Window 10.

As of right now, the credit card option is still not working
