I am having issues with my Poser 11 install after trying to resolve problems with my computer.
After the Windows 11 install in my desktop developed issues (possibly after cloning the install after upgrading to a larger SSD), I decided to reinstall Windows 11 and all software, including Poser. That new install also developed problems, so in order to troubleshoot the problem I decided to restore my Windows 11 from the older SSD into a different drive. After starting Poser, I get this error message.
Besides the aforementioned install, I have Poser in a Windows 11 laptop and a Windows 10 install in the same desktop.
Is there a way I could reset my licensed installs so I can solve this?

Yes. No response so far. I'm not even sure if it was received; would've been nice to receive an email stating the message was received.Did you asked for help to the support?

They're probably overcharged with stuff to do for Poser13, the publication of which was announced for this month.
