I just bought a gift certificate for someone to upgrade to Poser 13 but when they tried it it didn't work. Please help.

It says it does not belong to them. Why would it? It's a gift.

Hello.
It seems you must have had to manually send them the code? As the gift certificate was not purchased as a gift. :smile: if you give me the name of the member to gift that to, I can do that. then it will be in their account and they will have the ability to use it. :smile: You can send that to me via sitemail if you don't want to post it publicly.

I am going to have a nervous breakdown here! Where is the code?? It says I do have a gift cert of $100 available, but there -is- no code anywhere that I can see?? Looks like I won't play this weekend after all... :-(

It should be on your gift certificate page, but I haven’t seen what it looks like since the update to know what it looks like
