Hi,
Quick note.... I'm subscribed to a few of the forums here in the Poser 13 area and I'm not receiving ANY email notifications. So please fix this or let the web master know this needs to be fixed.

Hi RAMWorks, your email addressed was put on the suppression list due to failures to send. I have removed you from that list, but you will be re-added automatically if sends continue to fail.
You can use the Email Change Service to verify/change your email address.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!

GMail is a verified and safe email address to have so not sure why that's an issue.

I've been having similar problems and also use gmail. The email address is valid, as it's the same email address I use to log in to my account.
There must be an issue with gmail permissions or something. It's been happening for the last couple of weeks if that helps.

Still not getting emails on my end, either from forum notifications or purchase confirmations.
The gmail address is valid. I can send email both FROM and TO this gmail address. Something is up with Rendo's settings. I've fixed it more than once in the last couple of weeks and still no dice.
Also, a purchase that I made yesterday is showing in my online account, but it's not appearing in the Poser Library "purchases" tab. Not sure if that is related.

Recently they did the website update so probably got borked at that time. My notifications are not taking me to the most recent post, they take me to the first page of the discussion so I have to then click the page, scroll down to find the newest post. Kind of annoying.

@DCART It appears any of the removed content in the store will not show up in the purchase tab. At least that is what I have found to be the case. Yu can still download it manually.

@Richard60, but that is the weird part. I just purchased it yesterday to help someone with a problem, so it is still available in the Rendo store.

I downloaded the files from my account just fine, but they are not showing up in the Purchases tab in the library.

OK I tried to reset my email address again, even though it was already set to the correct email. I got the email for that OK, so the email address definitely is valid. Now I will check to see if I get notifications on this topic

Yea, there are some issues with the notifications in this current system. There also no link when I do get a notification to take me to the most recent post. So if there are 15 pages I always arrive at the first page and have to click the page 15 and then scroll down. Not the most friendliest and well thought out system sorry to say!

Did something break on the site? Lately every time I sign in its also telling me my email is not valid for some reason. It is valid though. Might be a similar issue, if not the same thing. Has your ISP temporarily blocked great chunks of addresses ??
Mine's done that several times recently, pulling up drawbridge against incursions by Nork / Rus hackers. Also, throttled broadband to 'dial-up' speeds against DOS storms...
Settled down after a day or two, though...
