Your May 3rd newsletter (at least that's when I received it, subject line "Best Selling Products You May Have Missed... and MORE!") contain the monthly newsletter freebie but it's the March freebie again.
It even says "This freebie is available throughout the month of March."
The 3Dcheapskate* occasionally posts sensible stuff. Usually by accident.
And it usually uses Poser 11, with units set to inches. Except when it's using Poser 6 or PP2014, or when its units are set to PNU.
*also available in ShareCG, DAZ, and HiveWire3D flavours (the DeviantArt and CGBytes flavour have been discontinued).

I'm having the same problem, which is scarcely surprising. Newsletter I received on 10th "New Wednesday Events Start Now At Renderosity" seemed to have fixed the problem...
