Hi, I stopped using Poser many years ago, but now I wanted to reinstall. I bought Poser 12Pro in 2017 vie Smith Micro and the download isn't available anymore. Can anyone tell me where I can get my files now?

When Poser changed hands to Bondware, you were given the opportuntiy to upgrade to Poser 11 for free.  I don't know if that eligibility is still applicable.  You can contact someone at Posersoftware.com and inquire or see if your serial number will still allow you to upgrade to P11.

I would assume you meant that you purchased Poser 11 pro in 2017. 

As hborre said, Poser was bought by Bondware after that.
