I have been trying to pay for an order, but neither Paypal or credit card want to work.

I get a Captcha error with PayPal  and a Caller denied error with my credit card.

I there anything i can do my end to fix this.

Sometimes PayPal will go through maintenance. Were you able to complete your purchase? Or are you still getting this error?

Well after two days of trying, it finally went though.

Not sure why Paypal would also cause my credit card to fail as well, or take two days for maintenance.

But its all good now.
