Is it me, or are the riders of the rooms not highlighted anymore? Makes it impossible to see what is chosen!

@hmatienzo - please put in a support ticket at https://support.posersoftware.com if you spot something that seems off.

Just started testing but the upgrade was painless and without issues.
I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 - Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU . The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.

I'd like to hear more about "Creation of Volumetrics greatly improved." Do they work differently now? If so, what changed?

got the Mac Poser 13 upgrade today. not too disappointed after a few hours of playing with it. only thing is Superfly rendering will need a bit of learning. At least this will give me a chance to create a slimmer Runtime.

@ChromeStar - I'm no expert, but my understanding is that it revolves around the proper addition of the PrincipledVolume shaders from latest Cycles/Blender.

What Mac OS will Poser 13 run on?

Should work on any modern MacOS (since Metal roll-out).

I might be wrong but I believe this is the new thing: the PrincipledVolume node, really cool! This avoid having to find workarounds for a similar setup!@ChromeStar - I'm no expert, but my understanding is that it revolves around the proper addition of the PrincipledVolume shaders from latest Cycles/Blender.

I haven't had a chance to install the update yet. I'm glad to see that node is now included. I was hoping for it.

As always, I am delighted to receive a new upgrade/update for Poser. And I am sure that I will enjoy Poser itself as I usually do.
But while I receive links to "Feel Poser's Pulse Getting Stronger", I feel that is mere encouragement from the EMTs to live because they are helpless to do more. Poser's pulse appears to be continually getting weaker, especially when Renderosity itself holds sales of new products that are exclusively Daz Studio compatible. I don't fault the vendors or Renderosity: you have to go with what sells.
But the fact that Poser products apparently no longer sell makes me very worried about Poser's future.
[sigh] Or it may be the depression talking; don't let anyone tell you that the meds are 100% effective 100% of the time. So, if my view is distorted by illness, feel free to talk me out of it. But all I see at hand is another Amiga computer fiasco, with loyal fanatical fans not being quite enough to keep the thing alive.
ChromeStar posted Thu, 24 August 2023 at 9:39 AM
Renderosity also holds sales exclusively of items for Poser. I very much appreciate that they are separated so when I go through lists of sale products, I don't have to filter out the DS stuff.
I think it is true that the Poser stuff has lower sales, but that's not new. I'd certainly be curious to know the trend direction. Personally, though, I have a lot more hope for Poser now with it under active development than I have had in the past.
