Hello, I'm new with Poser.
I have installed Poser on Tuesday, it's Version Poser 13.0.339 for Windows. Now I saw that ist an Update to Poser13.1.
And there's the question: How can I find / download the Update? I'm logged in on the article-page (first post), but I can't find a download. Even I'm in Poser13 and check the Button for Updates - the answer is, that it is the acutal version.
I hope somebody can help an Newbie for the question.

@Ridpath - you can always download updates here: https://www.posersoftware.com/downloads
We normally let the release settle for a few days before triggering the update notifications inside the app.

Grab the file entitled: "Install Poser 13.exe". That's always the lastest release of Poser 13.
The "Update" is also an "Full-Installation"?
Yes - fortunately, it's just the app as all the Included Content is downloadable inside the app.

The Poser 13.1 upgrade page has Mac in the headline but only mentions Windows in the description.
If it is available for Mac, what are the system requirements now?

Thanks. "Modern versions of MacOS" is a little vague, but the rest is there. Just need to figure out whether my present system will hack it...

Bought the upgrade to Poser 13 for Mac, and it's unusable ... crashes every single time on opening the app. I have a support ticket logged, but it's been a week and no response. If you're a Mac user, beware!

Can I ask what version of MacOS you're running? Is it prior to MacOS 11 (Big Sur)?

Just for info - I have Mojave (pre-Sur) and Poser 12 does not run on that, so I expect Poser 13 won't either. "Modern" probably covers the latest three MacOS releases.Can I ask what version of MacOS you're running? Is it prior to MacOS 11 (Big Sur)?

@Tom Messina Found your support ticket and refunded your puchase. Looks like you're running an older version of MacOS (10.15.7). We've updated our MSR (Minimum System Requirements) for Poser 13.1 on Macs since your purchase. We're working on more backward compatibility for MacOS, but happy to refund anyone that cannot run due this issue.

@tim, sorry for the confusion. As I said in the support ticket, I thought it was able to run on Catalina ... my bad for not validating that before purchase. Thanks for the quick response and pushing the refund through, Tim!
