I wish the wording of the coupon "get 20% off your order of..."  had told me that it was a one-time use coupon. I had two orders of similar items and I would have made them one big order instead. 

Usually you folks say "20% off your NEXT order" when it is a one time use coupon.

Any chance you'll retroactively cover us with 20% off for the second order?
