I made a purchase and got a grabbag which is a texture set so my grabbag is useless unless I buy that other thing.

I got the same thing - a texture set for a dress I don't own. I thought grab items should be standalone items. Is there a member of staff that could look into this?

Hey Amaranth,
We've removed that from the grab bag, as well as any other texture add-ons of that nature. You should not run into this issue anymore. If you find others, let me know and we'll remove those too.

A pity that gown and texture set aren't available for V4 in Poser - looks very nice.

Both of your orders have been corrected. You should both now have a standalone item to use with your creations. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
